Interested workers sign digital HIPAA authorization forms, and our team of researchers collect their pseudonymized medical, insurance, and pharmacy records on their behalf at no cost.

Our medical doctors and epidemiologists use biostatistical techniques and environmental testing to spot systemically elevated patterns of illness within specific workplaces or occupations.
We work to address the underlying issues
When we identify systemic harm, we partner with unions and worker advocacy groups to drive environmental remediation, supplier reformulations, and workforce process improvements.
